AXEL STORDAHL

The native Norwegian trumpet-player, 

was the one that made strings-orchestras "room-clean" for jazz recordings.

His major active years was late 30’s to early 50’s - and;

he was the one all of the later big arrangers imitated!

He started the “whole fuzz” in the first place.
