Delivery of goods

The delivery is carried out by a parcel service or postal service commissioned by us. If the user is not reachable at the address specified by him, he refuses acceptance or if the address data provided by the user is incorrect, the user is in default with the acceptance of the service. He then has to replace the resulting additional costs (for example, renewed, actual shipping costs). The supplier can withdraw from the contract if the user was not to be found twice in succession despite the written agreement of an appointment.

 

Packaging and shipping costs

The cost of packaging is assumed by the supplier.
Please contact us for express deliveries. No standard solution can be offered for this type of shipment.
Deliveries of goods abroad will be charged according to our shipping-calculator. The calculation of transport costs to countries not listed there is dependent on the quantity of goods ordered. The most favorable option is determined in advance and communicated to the user.

Payment methods

You can pay with us only by advance payment or PayPal (by credit card also via PayPal). We reserve the right to accept certain types of payment in individual cases.
The invoice for your order will be sent to you by e-mail regardless of the type of payment chosen by you. If no e-mail address is provided, the invoice will be sent to you by post.

 

Payment in advance (Bank-transfer)

If you choose to pay through regular bank-transfer, we will inform you of the bank details in a separate e-mail. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days. The payment is confirmed by e-mail on the day of the credit memo. If no payment is received within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

Payment by using PayPal

Payment via PayPal is convenient and secure. Like every PayPal customer, you also benefit from our PayPal Buyer Protection. Your bank or credit card details are only deposited with PayPal. That's why they are not sent again over the Internet with every online purchase - that makes PayPal payments extra secure.
